1.放线：在每道梁上拉通线，用水泥砂浆找平，使表面平整，坡度一致。找平后根据排版图，在屋面梁上放线定出每块板位置。

2.铺设：ALC板有正反面，施工时必确认板短边一侧的正反标记。由于ALC板很容易破损，ALC板由**吊具吊至屋面后，由四人用ALC板**吊装带，抬至铺设点，板端搁置处用水泥砂浆座浆，根据定位线进行调正。ALC板原则上是梁短边两点支承。ALC屋面板两端搁置框架结构的两边梁上，搁置长度≥100mm，钢梁上搁置长度不应小于40mm，这就要求在安装檩条时准确到位，不能有偏差。

3.固定构件：先根据排版图放线，后固定铁安装构件（如角钢、螺栓等），构件位置一般在板缝位置，固定板端部不使其滑动。构件须做防锈处理，镀锌或刷防锈漆。

4.接缝处理：室内楼板，ALC板缝采用聚合物水泥砂浆压入网格布，总厚度约5～10mm，宽度约100～200mm；室外楼板或屋面板，ALC板缝间填充沥青油膏发泡胶。ALC板按规范分缝，并在板缝内填充沥青油膏发泡胶，接缝要密实，以利于屋面板的整体性和防水要求。磨平后再覆设丙酸涂料层，做防水处理。

此外，由于ALC板横筋布置是两端密中间少，因此在ALC板截断时如果端部钢筋部分被截去，就不能实现板所标示的容许荷载，在施工中对于屋面板、楼板应当注意不要有涉及钢筋的截断，因此ALC屋面板长度应与图纸相符准确无误，不允许工地施工时由长切短。
